Dragon Fruit from Bixby Chocolate
It took a while to look for something to pair with Classic negroni . The impromptu funky pairing was inspired by a cocktail called Amaro di cocco, created by Ryan Lotz for Shore Leave in Boston, Massachusetts. Its name translates from Italian to "Coconut Bitter". This cocktail is "mash-up" of a Kingston Negroni and a Piña Colada, almost as if both were made separately and then combined at the end.
Paired a vegan milk chocolate smoothie bar from Bixby Chocolate , which is made with coconut milk and imbued with dried dragon fruit , finishing with coconut and chia seeds.
