White Negroni with Malfy Gin
The white negroni was invented in France when the bar tender ran out of Campari and sweet vermouth. Despite their similar builds the Original and white negroni’s are very different, primarily because the bitterness of the gentian liqueurs like Suze is quite different from that of Campari

1 oz Suze
1 oz Lillet Blanc
Steps

Lemon Coriander from Madhu Chocolate
The 78% dark chocolate made with Colombian beans from Tumaco, is infused with brightness of house dried lemon peel and herbaceous and spicy notes of freshly ground coriander seeds. The gentian bitterness works incredibly with the coriander and the sweetness from Lillet along with the double lemon (one from the chocolate, the other from the Malfy Gin).
